Participant Information
Arrival
Participants are kindly asked to arrive and register at least 15 minutes before the start of their category and be seated in the hall.

During the competition
Participants should remain available and ready when called. Our team will guide participants throughout the day.

Facilities
A preparation/changing room will be available. Light refreshments (tea and snacks) will be provided.

Attendance
Participants are warmly encouraged to stay for the Gala Concert and Award Ceremony.
Younger participants (Category A) may leave after their performance and return later for the results.

Gala & Awards
Selected performers will be announced on the day.
Award Ceremony: approximately 15:45

Late arrivals may be moved within the category at the discretion of the organisers.

The schedule is subject to minor adjustments.
